Jacque Watson is Cayman Born, Florida raised and a St. Augustine specialist along with being a gem to work with. She has been in sales coupled with her own eye for creativity for 25 years. She graduated from St. Augustine's Flagler College for business in 2001. It was while attending Flagler that she purchased her first St. Johns County property and fell in love with the area and charming St. Augustine quickly became a beloved town to her.
Throughout Jacque's life, she has been a part of many renovation projects, reworking old things and making them beautiful has always been a passion of hers. The idea of seeing value in a multitude of mediums is an important part of Jacque's servant leadership to her customers. The “J Way” has been coined by those closest to her, who love Jacque's eye for beauty. There isn't an aspect of Jacque's life that hasn't been transformed by the “J Way.” Projects over the years have been developed by her as far away as the Middle East. Closer to home now, her immediate family and friends have enjoyed her renovation work via painting, moving furniture, carpentry, mechanics, interior design, crafting, decorations and landscape work. For real estate, all of Jacque's listings must have the “J Way” carried out to go live. The “J Way” includes staging, decluttering and styling before the photographer arrives and showings begin. Jacque prefers a bit of shine, some earth, white and antiques in each setting and she enjoys working with an owner's existing furnishings while incorporating some of the prior mentioned additions. The “J Way” is masterful at making a house a home, giving the end design by inviting buyers into a space that relays a feeling of comfort and home. She truly feels that real estate is a lifetime endeavor and has found it immensely rewarding and gratifying to assist people with their real estate needs and dreams.
Jacque believes in giving back to her community and focuses on helping her customers, neighbors, animal welfare as well as her family. She delights in sharing what the beautiful Florida area lifestyle has to offer her clients with her local knowledge and expertise and likes to do a sudo tour of St. Augustine on day one of meeting buyers.
